Intake
Intake Policy
- Fee: $25.00 per parent
- Requirement: Both parents must complete a separate intake appointment
- The intake meeting will cover the terms, expectations, and agreements for services.
- Important: Intakes must be completed prior to any services being provided.
Professional Supervised Custody Exchanges
Definition of Custody Exchange:
A custody exchange involves one parent transferring the child to the monitor, who then ensures the child is received by the other parent. This process is repeated in reverse for the child’s return.
Custody Exchange Rates:
- $40.00 Drop-Off (within a 2-hour window)
- $40.00 Pick-Up (within a 2-hour window)
- $15.00 for each additional 30 minutes beyond the scheduled window
Transportation Fees:
- $1.00 per mile for transportation beyond a 5-mile radius of the Carson Sheriff’s Station
Professional Supervised Monitor Visits
&60.00 per hour for the first child
$50.00 per hour for each additional child
- Wait Fee / Transportation Fee: ½ hour charge applies for wait time or transportation within a 5-mile radius of the Carson Sheriff’s Station
- Visits will take place at a neutral, off-site location agreed upon by the noncustodial parent and the monitor.
Court Appearance
Court Services Policy
- $250.00 for filing a Cause/Claim
- Minimum Fee of $300.00 per court appearance or mediation meeting
- Description: Monitors are available to appear in court to provide testimony regarding the monitored visits or as needed.
- Eligibility: Either parent may request the monitor's presence in court or at the need of the monitor.
- Scope of Testimony/ Statement: The monitor will testify or give a statement to their direct observations and documentation of the visits they have supervised and according to the agreement of services,
